Brennan Development Group Pty Ltd is a privately owned, Victorian family business which traces its origins in Real Estate development back to 1965. We pride ourselves in offering other families a great place to live at an affordable price.
Family patriarch Graeme Brennan was awarded the UDIA's Raymond J Peck Award in 2006 for "Excellence in Service to the Land Development Industry".
We are currently developing the Golden Grove Bendigo residential estate in Jackass Flat with a further residential estate, Emu Rise Estate, due to launch in Strathfieldsaye in mid 2022.
